Magnetic driven single-stage pump of NMWR series for heat transfer mediums

Magnetic coupled DICKOW-pumps of the series NMW are of sealless design.

The magnetic driven NMW-pumps are designed for hot oil applications. When a leakage occurs, hot oils react with the environment and turn into tar. If vapor pressure at operating temperature is above atmospheric pressure, the leak disappears. In this regard, the use of double mechanical seals is necessary. The protective cover eliminates the need for mechanical seals, which reduces maintenance costs by 90%, as major pump failures are associated with seal leaks. Pumps of this series satisfy all environmental standards.

The pumps of the NMW series are single-stage centrifugal pumps with a closed impeller, with a lower location of the suction pipe and an upper central location of the discharge pipe. Rigid mounting feet are available as standard.

Performance and dimensional accuracy are in accordance with EN 22858 (ISO 2858).
